This bug affects me too. When I press on my notebook MSI EX310 (Ubuntu "Lucid" 10.04) keys combination Fn+F3 (it`s enables/disables touchpad), in log appears strings:
"Oct 15 22:03:23 ex310 kernel: [ 50.127864] atkbd.c: Unknown key pressed (translated set 2, code 0xe4 on isa0060/serio0).
Oct 15 22:03:23 ex310 kernel: [ 50.127873] atkbd.c: Use 'setkeycodes e064 <keycode>' to make it known.
Oct 15 22:03:23 ex310 kernel: [ 50.133199] atkbd.c: Unknown key released (translated set 2, code 0xe4 on isa0060/serio0).
Oct 15 22:03:23 ex310 kernel: [ 50.133205] atkbd.c: Use 'setkeycodes e064 <keycode>' to make it known. "
Similar to that at Fn+F4 & Fn+F5 combinations (brightness LCD less/more). Those keys works as needed, but kernel don`t know about them, right?
