Hi Jeremy,

I tested to according this site https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Kernel/MainlineBuilds?action=show&redirect=KernelMainlineBuilds, but i can not find the entry for the test in the boot menu.
If you can let me know where to find the entry.
also since the laptop was rendered useless because of the issue i unstalled Ubuntu-studio and switched Lubuntu.
since then i didnt encounter the bug.
Also i removed the "need for upstream testing" as per instruction.
