So far:
- pointer visible in Leann Ogasawara's 2.6.35-22.32+lp614176
- no joy with Brian Rogers' 2.6.35-ppa21+v9+pollparam.30, stuck at splash screen.
Tried also vesa (renaming xorg.conf, letting Maverick do its magic), but usability is degraded, sloppy WM look & feel (lag in mose and keyboard input), both Xfce and LXDE.
Reverted to "intel" driver in xorg.conf.
