Attaching my pm-suspend.log. This log is for a suspend that was done
immediately after upgrading to:

Linux <hostname> 2.6.35-22-generic-pae #34-Ubuntu SMP Sun Oct 10
11:03:48 UTC 2010 i686 GNU/Linux

I'm now running the latest bios for my dell latitude 6400. That didn't
help.

I'll try the grub idea next.
