Public bug reported:

During the first hibernate after booting into 10.10 (Maverick Meerkat), the kernel crashed, giving the attached backtrace.
After rebooting and starting a couple of apps, hibernate worked fine.

FWIW, the install of Maverick was problematic: The screen went blank as
soon as the install started. I left it for 12 hours, and then rebooted,
and it rebooted into Maverick. It ran for about 8 hours with no
problems until I hibernated, running: Thunderbird, Firefox, Dropbox,
Skype, Acrobat Reader, a terminal window, and perhaps some miscellaneous
things.
