[Bug 658516] [NEW] Sound Does Not Work - No Sound Card Recognized

After a fresh install of Ubuntu 10.10 64 Bit.

There is No Sound at all when playing anything with audio, and my
onboard sound card no longer gets recognized in Sound Preferences, after
working fine in Ubuntu 10.04 & previous versions.
