Hello I´m back again,

I´ve installed ubuntu 09.10 and there are no flickering problems, but I have to try it with the nomodeset on 10.04. For this I need more specific information because I can´t find anything in the internet on ubuntu pages, but will this link hit the problem?

May you explain the difference between 09.10 and 10.04 using Graphics-
card?

During the Grub-menue the Screen is without any flickering, what is the
difference between grub-graphic-settings and boot-graphic-settings?
