[Bug 659046] [NEW] On netbook Asus eeePC 1015PE, CPU temperature is 20°C higher than on Windows 7

I've just bought an Asus eeePC 1015PE. It comes with an Atom N450 which
is usually very cool and therefore quiet. I've just installed Ubuntu
Maverick 10.10 Netbook Edition and the cooling fan is kind of going
crazy. The temperature of the CPU is sometimes under 40°C on Windows 7.
On Ubuntu, it never goes under 60°C.

It makes this little netbook a little bit loud. I'm really willing to
help. Do you need any information?
