I'm recently getting a very similar problem in 10.10. Previous kernel
6.2.32-25 boots fine. Kernel panic occurs when booting to 6.2.35-22.
Booting succeeds with these options: "noapic nolapic acpi=off
pci=noacpi" Of course, with these options enabled, I can only make use
of one out of my 4 cores.

Hardware:
Intel i7 2.8 GHz
4GB DDR3 RAM
ASRock P55 Pro Motherboard
nVidia Corporation G96 [GeForce 9500 GT]
2x SATA 320 GB Western Digital Harddrives
