[Bug 658181] [NEW] Banshee: hide optional features by default

Public bug reported:

We should hide the view for audiobooks, podcasts, radio, amazon mp3,
microguide, internet archive, last fm by default for Ubuntu Light. Would
be best if each of these categories had a gconf key controlling it's
visibility and Ubuntu Light would ship with these not visible by
default.
