[Bug 658175] [NEW] Shotwell: display ~/Pictures by default

Public bug reported:
Shotwell will be the photo viewer in Ubuntu Light. We need to modify it
to display the contents of ~/Pictures by default when it is displayed.
We do not want to make local copies of the photos but instead want to
view them in place, as we'll be mounting the Windows user "My Photos"
directory into ~/Pictures and we don't want to make copies. I believe
Shotwell already has the functionality to make links rather than copy -
if you insert a USB key with photos and choose File->Import you will be
prompted to create links instead of copies.
