Public bug reported:

I upgraded my laptop from 10.04 to 10.10, and I can no longer connect to
my 5Ghz/40Mhz-wide wireless N network. Here's a summary what works and
doesn't work:

* Any random Wireless G network with 10.10 or Windows 7: Works!
* Home 5Ghz/40Mhz-wide network with Windows 7: Works!
* Home 5Ghz/40Mhz-wide network with 10.10: Fails

I'm going to try experimenting later with changing to 20Mhz-wide and
then back down to 2.4Ghz to see if that causes it to work, however I do
not see these steps as acceptable workarounds because on a 5Ghz/40Mhz-
wide network, I can get 10MB/s over the air quite easily in the
relatively uncongested 5Ghz spectrum.

Other info not collected: wireless router is a DGL-4500 with 1.22
firmware.

Thanks for taking a look at this bug.
