@riccardo this bug is about the touchscreen with USB ID 0eef:0001, which
is different from the one you refer to.

I can confirm this used to work and have a nice callibration utility
back in Ubuntu 8.04 LTS. Upgrading to 10.04LTS breaks this support. It
used to be enough to install the xserver-xorg-input-evtouch, which I
will test next.
