Hi,
The 'cannot mount root fs on (0,0)' is only part of the story - if you have a digital camera then I suggest if you can snap the whole of the screen of errors that ends in that error it would probably be useful.
Can you also describe where your root fs normally lives - just a normal
partition on a SATA disk or is there anything special?
You may be able to add extra information to this bug report by running
apport-collect 656558 I'm not sure if it also has the PulseAudio
requirement.
As for the PulseAudio problem with your audio software, you should
probably file a separate bug against that; but also consider the use of
pasuspender if one application doesn't work properly with it.
