[Bug 656356] [NEW] Kworld UB435-Q not supported

Public bug reported:

The Kworld UB435-Q (an inexpensive USB ATSC/QAM TV tuner, USB id
1b80:a340), is not supported in Ubuntu 10.04, or the kernel.org 2.6.32
that it is based upon.  Support for this tuner was recently added to the
Linux DVB sources.  Please cherry pick these commits so that this tuner
will work in 10.04:

Adding support for this tuner would help people avoid re-compile the DVB
drivers from source (and hence being afraid to update their kernel).
