I have a little bit different problem with the fan speed. When I start
Ubuntu first time (maybe the reason is that the system is cold), my fan
is going crazy. After rebooting two or even three times everything is
going well.

The display-brightness problem influences me deeply as well!!!

Using 10.10 on Lenovo z360.
