Jaunty fully updated, kernel 2.6.28-14
System (an HP Slimline s3630it, a slim desktop based on nvidia MCP73 chipset; Motherboard is an Irvine-GL6E) goes to standby correctly, power led goes orange as expected.
Once I issue the resume from standby, video turns on (stuck on a black console screen, cursor blinking), but nothing happens. System keeps "trying" reading the hard disk - HDD led stays on for a while, then off half of a second, then on for a while, in cycle. I've to hard power off the system to get out of this.
Also note that in a past kernel version, trying to resume showed the
same issue (same fail same HDD Led behaviour) BUT also some output on
screen, related to "waiting ata link" or something evry similar to this.
Also Hibernate is not working. Asking system to hibernate brings down the graphic system, but HDD led stays off, nothing seems being written to HDD.
