I have placed a possible workaround in the bug description at the top.

It would be nice if you could try the "install rt2860sta /bin/false"
thing that is explained in the link I put there. Maybe the rt2860sta
simply interferes with the rt2800pci after wakeup. I think it is worth a
shot.

If not then hopefully the rt2860sta works for you.
