  After online Upgrade Ubuntu 10 -> 10.04....
  
  On boot keeps trying to mount "UDEVD-WORK..../dev/null" which fails
  because it does not exist.
  
  Forum thread says this is a fstab file problem. Various suggested fixes
  do not work.
