Form me it looks solved by

sudo iwconfig <wireless card> power off
sudo iwconfig <wireless card> rate 54M fixed
sudo ifconfig  <wireless card> down
sudo ifconfig <wireless card> up

too late to do more testing but...this bug together with the pulseaudio
ratelimit bug are really testing my patience. People are looking trough
the Windows at me...
