I found that too in xorg, maybe can be related

	Information	Logitech USB Receiver: initialized for relative axes.
	Information	config/udev: Adding input device Logitech USB Receiver (/dev/input/mouse0)
	Information	No input driver/identifier specified (ignoring)
 

Maybe their no driver or identifier and it search many times , alomost 2
to 5 minutes before active my mouse and keyborad
