Hi same here on a Acer Aspire 9410z.

Suspend and Hibernate won't work, and by looking dmesg there is a
problem with usb_dev_suspend.

[  259.744267] pm_op(): usb_dev_suspend+0x0/0x20 returns -16
[  259.744274] PM: Device usb1 failed to suspend: error -16
[  259.744279] PM: Some devices failed to suspend


I have a Ali Corp. Video Camera hard plugged.
Bus 005 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0001 Linux Foundation 1.1 root hub
Bus 004 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0001 Linux Foundation 1.1 root hub
Bus 003 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0001 Linux Foundation 1.1 root hub
Bus 002 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0001 Linux Foundation 1.1 root hub
Bus 001 Device 002: ID 0402:5602 ALi Corp. Video Camera Controller
Bus 001 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub


Suspend and Hibernate work fine on Ubuntu Karmic.
