Thanks for the input.  I've looked around and it does appear that "VFS:
busy inodes on changed media or resized disk sr0" is a problem. However,
I didn't see any fixes for it.  The Bug report got a tag that says it
effects the kernel . . .

hope there is a solution posted soon.  Not being able to use my Drives
is a Linux/Ubuntu show stopper for me.  Perhaps I'll just down grade and
stick with 9.10.  Before I do that though is there any other info I
could give that would aid in fixing this problem?
