[Bug 579700] [NEW] unauthorized "network disabled".

Public bug reported:

my laptop is telling me that my network is disabled. it was working last
night, then today when i went to get online i had problems and noticed
the network indicator had changed, even though the external switch is
still illuminated. i am using lucid. 10.04 lts i ran the command line in
the terminal, answered the questions and got the report, but i dont have
internet on my laptop so how am i supposed to send the report? am i
actually going to have to type all of the information out? PLEASE Help
me i need the computer online.
