Adding

"options snd-hda-intel index=0 model=auto"

to the end of my toshiba nb200 fixed sound. Different notebook model but
same sound card. Headphone jack works correctly and mutes speakers when
headphone are in. Internal microphone works (not sure if that is related
at all but obviously couldn't test it before).
