and finally:

cat /proc/cmdline
root=UUID=c1b03b1d-beab-4dd3-b31d-e936587ea210 ro quiet splash

cat /etc/initramfs-tools/conf.d/resume
RESUME=UUID=6c3068b5-d4b2-4447-bbe7-12b621ae4d84

both of which should be correct correct as far as I understand, since:

cat /etc/fstab
# /etc/fstab: static file system information.
#
# Use 'vol_id --uuid' to print the universally unique identifier for a
# device; this may be used with UUID= as a more robust way to name devices
# that works even if disks are added and removed. See fstab(5).
#
# <file system> <mount point>   <type>  <options>       <dump>  <pass>
proc            /proc           proc    defaults        0       0
# / was on /dev/sdb1 during installation
UUID=c1b03b1d-beab-4dd3-b31d-e936587ea210 /               ext3    relatime,errors=remount-ro 0       1
# swap was on /dev/sda2 during installation
UUID=6c3068b5-d4b2-4447-bbe7-12b621ae4d84 none            swap    sw              0       0
