I am Chinese and my english is poor, I hope someone can understand what
I said.

I've used Ubuntu for years, It worked perfectly before 9.10, but later, it became a nightmare.
The system crushed or freezed randomly, I can do nothing after the crush, the mouse and keyboard stopped responding, nothing respond.

I cannot find any software that ralated to this, so it might be a
hardware problem. A few days ago I installed 10.04 but it still freeze a
few times a day.

Almost the same problem to Bug #489360.
I also use a Acer laptop, it was a Acer Aspire 5570z.
