[Bug 559888] Re: Lucid installation bug: blank screen

Again, same thing on a Compaq 6710b - install results in a blank screen.
Entering vga=791 as a boot option does not work like it did in former
releases.  Entering garbage (vga=123) presents a list of the available
video modes - none work for me.
