I just run apport, it claimed this ( 2.6.34-020634rc5-generic) is not a
ubuntu kernel. Go figure. Anyway rc6 works perfectly, so maybe this
report has only historical value anyway..

** Description changed:
I have an ASUS Eeepc 1000H, lucid (Ubuntu 10.04 LTS) with fresh upgrade
of today. Neither suspend nor hibernate work, the leds stay lit and HD
continues to spin.
For hibernate I get (/var/log/pm-suspend.log):
...
/usr/lib/pm-utils/sleep.d/99video hibernate hibernate:success.
/etc/pm/sleep.d/action_wpa hibernate hibernate:success.
Tue May 4 16:03:57 EEST 2010: performing hibernate
And almost the same for suspend:
...
/usr/lib/pm-utils/sleep.d/99video suspend suspend:kernel.acpi_video_flags = 0
success.
/etc/pm/sleep.d/action_wpa suspend suspend:success.
Tue May 4 16:01:10 EEST 2010: performing suspend
Of course after pressing power switch, it reboots normallly.
