"clocksource=jiffies" helped me

The only thing that could cause keyboard freezing is the high mid-spring
temperature. No recent software or hardware updates.

Configuration: Dell D830 laptop (Intel T8100, Quadro NVS 140M, Intel
3945ABG wifi controller), Debian squeeze :)
