Hi Jeremy,
As announced I've done the same tests with a LiveCD. I expect the same
behavior than my current installation.
I've not generated a new collect because I believe that the precedents
are identical. Of course, I can rerun a collect if needed.
If you need more informations or test don't hesitate to contat me
Kind Regards
Pascal
** Description changed:
Linux freeze every time I access to a samba share with nautilus or in
terminal. The share is mounted at startup like this (in fstab) :
//xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/optrw /mnt/tmp cifs
credentials=/root/.cred,iocharset=utf8,file_mode=0777,dir_mode=0777,uid=1000
0 0
I suspect a kernel bug because that's work well with previous kernel
release 2.6.31-17-generic-pae
