[Bug 573486] [NEW] system restarts when I unplug the AC power

Public bug reported:

Ubuntu 10.04. The system run perfect when the AC is plugged, but when i
unplugged its restarts. When it reaches to the login screen, it restart
again and again, until i plugged the AC. So my notebook only works whit
the AC plugged!! Well i have no idea what is happening. Hardware: HP
