[Bug 551943] [NEW] Radeon 9250, every symbol and icon is upside down

Public bug reported:

When enabeling visual effects in Lucid, every icon and text letter is
turned upside down. The order and place of things is still the same,
they are just upside down.

In karmic the desktop would appear black with no icons, just the Gnome
menus where showing, but things where not upside down.
