After using my Lenovo for about a month without problems I started to
see this bug from time to time (most often ... about a noon what makes
me curious about cron jobs). Symptoms:

[ 6208.192630] iwlagn 0000:03:00.0: Error sending REPLY_RXON: time out after 500ms.
[ 6208.192638] iwlagn 0000:03:00.0: Error setting new RXON (-110)
[ 6208.692607] iwlagn 0000:03:00.0: Error sending REPLY_SCAN_CMD: time out after 500ms.

(repeated a few times and then)

[ 6252.726224] iwlagn 0000:03:00.0: Error setting new RXON (-28)
[ 6252.726234] iwlagn 0000:03:00.0: No space for Tx
[ 6252.726237] iwlagn 0000:03:00.0: Error sending REPLY_TX_POWER_DBM_CMD:

Disconnecting/reconnecting does not help, but I succesfully resolve the
problem by using:

  ip link set wlan0 down
  ip link set wlan0 up

(and then standard network manager reconnect)

$ uname -a
Linux banach 2.6.31-20-generic-tuxonice #58~ppa3-Ubuntu SMP Wed Mar 17 23:07:30 UTC 2010 x86_64 GNU/Linux

(tuxonice kernel which I use because it at least avoid hanging machine
when I try to hibernate)
