[Bug 549265] [NEW] Kernel error reported when resuming from suspend

Public bug reported:

HP Compaq cq60-206US laptop. When I allow unit to suspend (Fold top down
on laptop) and then resume by opening top up, apport indicates a kernel
error. Output of ubuntu-bug -p linux:
