Jerone, there are a whole bunch of BUG messages in your kernel log
because of the TSC issue. Also, there is one final warning because IRQ 9
is not being handled, which is very odd:

I suggest:

1) Using kernel boot parameters notsc and also irqpoll
2) Try again.

Also please attach the output from /proc/interrupts - I suspect IRQ 9 is
handled by acpi which may explain some of the resume weirdness if IRQ 9
is being missed.
