[Bug 541638] [NEW] [nouveau] Allow LVDS to be enabled with broken ACPI lid status.

Public bug reported:

If nouveau detects the ACPI lid status is shut it will report the
internal LVDS screen as disconnected.  On laptops with broken lid status
this causes X to fail to load unless an external monitor is plugged in.

The upstream patch

changes the nouveau kernel module behaviour to report “unknown” LVDS
status when the lid is closed.  If there are no other outputs available,
it will then be enabled.

I'll prepare a git patch for this.
