I'll redo the test shortly. However is puzzling looking at something
like this:

Mar 18 11:20:50 web41 kernel: [ 2059.210047] calc_global_load:3014 cpu: 2, nr_running: 1, nr_uninterruptible: 60
Mar 18 11:20:50 web41 kernel: [ 2059.210049] calc_global_load:3014 cpu: 3, nr_running: 3, nr_uninterruptible: -280
Mar 18 11:20:50 web41 kernel: [ 2059.210051] calc_global_load:3017 calc_load_tasks: 0

with 6 running tasks the calculated load is zero.
