Well it looked like the issue was no longer being worked on so I stopped
logging data to the ticket.  It hasn't happened in 26 days (my current
uptime), but that doesn't really mean much.

I'm not sure if I should flip this back to new or not.  I just stopped
paying attention because it looked like nobody was doing anything.
