Public bug reported:
Some time ago, whenever the kernel was updated on this system, synaptic
showed the old kernels as obsolete which reminded me to remove them (I
still use synaptic because sometimes I like to decided exactly which
packages are added/removed and not leave it up to the system). This no
longer happens. It'd be nice if this could be changed to behave as
before.
