[Bug 533899] [NEW] ubuntu 9.10, can not shutdown properly

Public bug reported:

When I shutdown the system, the screen turns to background style, i.e.
the black screen, then the following information appears (# means the
number):

[#####] task halt: 2034 blocked for more than 120 seconds
[#####] "echo 0 > proc/sys/kernel/hung_task_timeout_secs" disables this message

does anyone know how to solve this problem?
