Similar to this bug but there is difference.

The difference is that I have not upgraded my system. I just logged in and plugged in my external drive. There was some problem and till long the drive did not get detected. I plugged out and plugged in two times. Then the drive got detected and I could open the files. While opening the html files on the external drive I watched the flashing bug reporting icon and proceeded to report it.
