[Bug 531511] [NEW] linux apport hook not run for linux-backports-modules

Public bug reported:

Looking at bug 528654 we can see that the linux package hook for apport
is not run for the package linux-backports-modules-2.6.31.  This is
really rather unfortunate as the information would likely be helpful to
the bug report.

Since the package name for l-b-m changes regularly I'd suggest having a
symlink made to the linux package hook as a part of this packages
installation process.
