Same issue (still) with an IBM/Lenovo X60t.

Seems to be related to the wireless drivers - if I remove them before
suspend everything is ok.

wireless is iwl3945

Linux kernel image for version 2.6.32 on x86/x86_64

2.6.31 works fine.
