[Bug 600251] [NEW] Kernel 2.6.35 freezes

My system randomly hangs completely. Most of the time every from of input stops working even pressing the power butten stops working and I'm forced to reset my PC.
15% of the times Kernel Panic occurs and num-lock and caps-lock start flashing.
Sometimes(5%) I can restart the X-server but that only postpones the lockup for 15-30 minutes.
In another 5% I can feel the crash coming and then I try to shutdown my PC it just stays on with the Ubuntu splash and 4-dots turning white and purple(I mean that other color).
