Initial testing shows the new kernel is working.

Testing with SACK option disabled, and one of my shorter downloads,
showed no problem.  Normally I would hit the kernel bug with this test.
I've run this test twice without hitting the problem.  So, it looks like
the problem is fixed.  And I haven't seen any issues with running the
new kernel.

I will leave a longer download running.  Unfortunately due to work
schedule, it may be a few days before I can post those results.
