Binary package hint: sensors-applet

FIRST:
I has a clock speed set in BIOS to 203 MHz would lead to a CPU speed about 2640 MHz (Factor: 13) resp. 806 MHz (Factor: 4)
But the sensors-applet shows the 'normal' (deposited?) speed with 2.60 GHz

SECOND:
In sensors-applet the max sum of used RAM plus Cache is ALWAYS 99 % - never 100 %.
Maybe a typo or what reason for this?
