This appears to be the issue described in this lkml thread:

I have seen it with 2.6.35-{2,5} kernels with Lucid and also Maverick
userspace.  Happens on every boot, 4 kslowd threads. My hardware is a
Thinkpad X200 with Intel GM45 graphics.
