Binary package hint: initramfs-tools

The /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf file created during scripts/init-
top/blacklist is not copied to the real root /etc/modprobe.d/ so as soon
as udev starts again on the real root filesystem, the blacklist is
ignored.
