It looks like 3 of the 4 patches have already been accepted upstream.

The final patch (patch #4) appears to be a hack to prevent regression
issues with the Beagleboard. Until these issues have been corrected in
an acceptable matter, I'm afraid we can't accept it into our kernel.

As this is a low priority bug, I really must work on more pressing
issues.

If I find myself with some free time however, I'll be happy to work on
this.

Until such time I will remain the bug's assignee and keep an eye on this
report.
